Delivery is £5.95 for 1st class signed for.

Item(s) will be shipped within 2-3 business days from purchase, orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. 

For shipping upgrades please contact via email prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.

2-3 DAY DELIVERY - 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For - (Please note that this does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays).

We are currently not accepting orders outside the UK.

All orders are shipped first class via Royal Mail (Signed For) with delivery confirmation tracking and insurance. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Please note that the following refund policy does not apply if you visit and purchase item(s) from us in store. - We do not accept refunds in store only exchanges. Thank you.

Online Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Please Note: (Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non returnable and non refundable)

How to return your item(s):

You can either visit us in store if you are local to Godalming, Surrey or please follow the following instructions:

  1. Inform us via email, within seven working days after receiving your item(s). whitleysjewellers@hotmail.com please include your order reference number, full name, address and reason for your return. Please note: Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return

  2. Once we have received your email we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours to let you know that we have received confirmation email detailing your requested return information.

Once you have received a confirmation email from us, please send your returned item(s) with your original invoice to the following address:

All returned item(s) MUST:

  • All items must be returned, unworn and in the original packaging

  • All items must be complete with their original labels still attached

  • All items must be returned via Royal Mail Signed For Service

  • All items must be returned within the 14 day period

  • All items must include the original invoice

4. Once we have received your returned item(s) and all items are in original packaging we will aim to process your refund within 48 hours.

Please Note: 

All return shipping costs and expenses, including duties will not be refunded. Whitley’s Jewellers takes no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the shipping costs.

  • Please make sure to include your original invoice when returning goods.

  • Sale or discounted items, or custom, altered, or personalised items are final sale and ineligible for exchange.

Faulty Items 

If we agree that the product is faulty, we will offer a refund credited to your account. 

How to return your faulty item(s):

  2. Once we have received your email we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours to let you know that we have received confirmation of your faulty returned goods.

Card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

PLEASE NOTE: Our returns policy is only applicable if you have purchased through us from our online store, this returns policy will not apply if you purchase from us directly in store.

Exchanges:

If you are local to Godalming, Surrey please visit our store to exchange any unwanted items. Items must be returned to store within 14 days.
